Resale / Tax Exempt Customers

South Bay Industrial Parts accepts valid resale and tax-exempt certificates from qualified customers.

Customers requesting tax-exempt status must submit valid documentation for review and approval before tax-exempt status can be applied to their account.

Please provide the following:

• Business name
• Contact name
• Email address 
• Phone number
• State
• Resale or tax-exemption number
• Copy of the applicable resale or exemption certificate

Once your documentation is reviewed and approved, tax-exempt status will be applied to your customer account for elegible purchases.

Important: Tax-exempt status must be approved before placing an order. Taxes previously charged cannot be removed retroactively after an order has been completed.
